• Full refund if we determine we cannot help you.
• No refunds once the audit process has started.

3. Ownership of Deliverables

• Clients fully own the UX audit results.
• We may request permission to publish anonymized/open results for marketing purposes, but this is optional.

4. Disclaimer & Liability

• Our UX audit provides recommendations based on best practices.
• Clients decide at their own risk whether to implement our suggestions.
• We do not guarantee any specific business results (e.g., increased conversions) unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate service.

5. Age & Business Use

• Our services are intended for businesses and professionals.
• By using UXFIX.pro, you confirm you are acting as a professional entity.

6. Confidentiality & NDA Protection

All UX audit results and related work are strictly confidential between UXFIX.pro and the client.
By default, this agreement acts as an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), meaning:

• We will not share, publish, or disclose your audit results.
• We may request permission to showcase anonymized findings for marketing, but this is 100% optional.
• If you agree to share any results (anonymized or public), we will ask for written confirmation first.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland.

We may update these terms. Continued use of our services means acceptance of any changes.
